A great stay with a bustling town atmosphere and amazing mountain views made the visit memorable.

The restaurant food was lovely.

There was a loud noise which went ALL night from probably an air conditioning unit.It stopped occasionally. Hotel people should try sleeping in there. When the fridge kicked in, the tv went off and on again, loosing its colour every time. No windows.

Excellent location (right in the heart of Arrowtown) and great selection of food.

The vibe here was awesome and the staff really looked after us. the location was ideal, super close to the river 🏞️. Great spot for sure!

My recent stay at the New Orleans Hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted with a clean and comfortable space that exceeded my expectations. The location was central, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding area and enjoy all that it had to offer. One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant and bar were also a highlight, offering delicious food and drinks in a convenient and relaxed setting. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as limited parking and noise from outside, these were easily overshadowed by the overall positive experience. I will definitely be returning to the New Orleans Hotel on my next visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great value and convenient location.

good food at good value, great location, friendly

We stayed for three nights, money was deducted from my credit card on arrival for the full amount of accommodation, money was again deducted on the second night and my tab dissapeared so I had to open a new one.

this hotel was set in a very central area very close to the new orleans bar and restaurant, a great spot for a drink and/or bar meal, so many good cafes, and the centre of arrowtown. got the same tidy room with a view booked online, appreciated that. the staff were nice lot of the time.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were noisy.

I did not want to leave and would have extended the stay. the stay here was enjoyable for my short visit. - the location was exceptionally nice for walking around Arrow River. - the area was very pleasant, not far from the New Orleans Bar and Restaurant, a great spot for a drink and/or bar meal. - I had FAB food for breakfast on the deck.

It was warm comfortable and quite perfect foreverything you needed. Has resturant attached so could just have breakfast there in the morning was very yummy

Staff were very busy and took a long time to serve us.

This hotel is ideally situated right in the centre of town, providing easy access to all the attractions and amenities of Arrowtown. The vibrant atmosphere and delicious food at the nearby pub make for a fantastic evening out. The attentive and friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms, though basic, are clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Everything was satisfactory with no major issues to report.

The location of this place is amazing, just 15 km away from the Queenstown airport and easily accessible, with a great restaurant called the blue door just 300 m away; the hotel and staff here are highly recommended - a perfect base for a trip.

The atmosphere was brilliant. Lots of interest for families. Right in the centre of Arrowtown, great food and live music on the Sunday night.
